About this role
The team is seeking a talented Product Designer (UI/UX) to take ownership of the end-to-end design process. This role involves understanding user needs, mapping product journeys, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final handoff. You will collaborate closely with product and development teams to establish consistent design standards and create an intuitive experience for business users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete design process from research to final implementation.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Establish and maintain design guidelines and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience designing B2B SaaS or similar enterprise products.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product design processes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant product design experience.
