The team is seeking a Principal IT Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions that align with their mission to improve healthcare. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and efficient IT architectures that support the organization’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the implementation of complex IT systems and architectures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the integration of new technologies with existing systems and processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and development teams.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance system performance and security.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT architecture, with a strong background in system design and integration.
- Expertise in cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong understanding of database management and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT architecture or a related field.
