About this role
The team is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join their ITC team. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic Global Technology organization, focusing on internal Consumer Product & Innovation tools. You will collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Principal Engineers, Solution Architects, Engineering Directors, 3D artists, and Product Managers to drive innovation and enhance product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality products.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure best practices in software development, including code reviews and testing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering with a strong background in system architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on leading projects and teams.
