About this role
The team is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead a dynamic team of engineers in delivering high-quality software solutions. This role involves driving delivery planning, estimation, and execution while ensuring the highest standards of code quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a pod of 2–3 engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Design, build, and deliver software solutions using .NET Core, Angular, and Azure.
- Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability within the team.
- Contribute to system design and architecture decisions aligned with global services.
- Implement and uphold strong engineering practices, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD discipline.
- Align solutions with business objectives and technical requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET Core and Angular.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
- Proven track record in leading engineering teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
