The team is seeking a Principal Software Engineer specializing in AI Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to join their innovative team. This role is pivotal in enhancing their AI Software Delivery Platform, focusing on optimizing the post-code processes such as testing, deployments, application security, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in implementing AI-driven solutions for software delivery.
- Design and develop robust infrastructure to support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and performance of applications.
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively manage application health and reliability.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, including automation and testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering with a strong background in AI and machine learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in software engineering and site reliability engineering.
