About this role
The team is seeking a Principal Software Engineer with a strong background in AI-Powered Advertising Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing advanced AI agents that utilize cutting-edge technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and large language models (LLMs). You will contribute to the development of state-of-the-art solutions that enhance Generative AI capabilities, enabling the platform to manage complex information retrieval, contextual generation, and adaptive interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced AI agents that leverage Generative AI technologies.
- Optimize algorithms for efficient information retrieval and contextual generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the existing platform.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to inform development strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on AI technologies.
- Expertise in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and large language models.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Experience with vector databases and information retrieval systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, specifically in AI and machine learning.
