The team is seeking a Principal Revenue & Finance System Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative financial systems that drive efficiency and scalability. This role is critical in shaping the future of financial operations and ensuring that our systems align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect revenue and finance systems to support business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the integration of financial systems with existing platforms and applications.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices in system design.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers.
- Continuously evaluate and improve system performance and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in architecting finance and revenue systems, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in system integration and data modeling.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools, such as Workday, Oracle, or SAP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in system architecture and design, with a focus on finance and revenue systems.
