Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced PowerBI reports and dashboards to visualize healthcare data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing PowerBI solutions for performance and usability.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and analysts.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PowerBI and data visualization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a PowerBI Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Strong understanding of SQL and experience with database management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data visualization and business intelligence, specifically with PowerBI.
