About this role
The team is seeking a Principal Platform Engineer to lead the architecture and strategy of a unified, developer-centric platform across multi-cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP. This role is critical in bridging the gap between application logic and infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and high-performance execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and evolve a unified platform that enhances developer experience across multiple cloud environments.
- Lead the AIOps transformation by architecting and implementing intelligent automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between application development and infrastructure operations.
- Drive performance optimization initiatives and ensure high availability of platform services.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams in best practices for platform development and deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in platform architecture and strategy, with a strong focus on multi-cloud environments.
- Expertise in AIOps and intelligent automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) and DevOps methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in platform engineering or related fields.
