Principal IT Project Lead

The team is seeking a Principal IT Project Lead to join their team in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, India. This role is pivotal in driving innovative healthcare technology projects that aim to alleviate pain and restore health for patients worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT projects within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including technical teams and executive management.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in IT project management, specifically within the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience:
