About this role
The team is seeking a Principal Fullstack Educator to join their Learning & Development team at the Associate Director level. In this role, you will lead the Frontier Educator Center of Excellence, shaping the direction, standards, and scalability of technical learning across the enterprise. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, product leadership, and the in-house Frontier Educator ecosystem to drive impactful learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of technical learning programs across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of learning objectives with business goals.
- Establish and maintain high standards for educational content and delivery methods.
- Evaluate and enhance existing training programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading technical education or training programs.
- Strong understanding of full-stack development concepts and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Familiarity with modern learning technologies and platforms.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years in technical education or related fields, with a focus on full-stack development.
