About this role
The team is seeking a Principal Engineer - System Programmer & Database Engineer to lead significant technical efforts in the networking domain. This role requires a solid technical background in C# programming and .NET, along with strong capabilities in building, debugging, and troubleshooting within a Windows environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex systems and programs.
- Utilize subject matter expertise to tackle technically challenging projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
- Contribute to system architecture and design discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in C# and .NET programming languages.
- Strong experience in Windows environment troubleshooting and debugging.
- Familiarity with Unisys Clear Path MCP/OS 2200 systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in system programming and database engineering.
