Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the frontend engineering team in developing scalable and high-performance web applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement new features.
- Establish best practices for frontend development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the platform remains competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in frontend development with a strong command of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency in modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building user-centric applications.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
