The team is seeking a visionary and highly experienced Principal Data Quality Analyst to lead and drive enterprise-wide data quality and governance strategies. This senior-level role requires a deep understanding of data profiling, quality assessment, and monitoring, alongside a strong IT foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data quality frameworks and governance strategies across the organization.
- Lead initiatives for data profiling, quality assessment, and monitoring to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data quality metrics and reporting mechanisms.
- Utilize data quality tools such as Collibra, Informatica, or Alation to enhance data management practices.
- Leverage cloud platforms like AWS to optimize data quality processes.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on advanced analytics technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in data quality analysis or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in data profiling and quality assessment methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of data quality tools and cloud platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
