The team is seeking a Principal Cloud CX Services Architect to join their innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in cloud architecture to design and implement complex cloud solutions that drive client success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and architect cloud solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud services.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on best practices in cloud architecture.
- Analyze and optimize existing cloud infrastructures for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance service offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cloud architecture, with a strong focus on customer experience (CX) solutions.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years in cloud architecture or related fields, with a focus on customer experience solutions.
