The team is seeking a Principal Business Integration Analyst with expertise in SAP FICO to join their team in a night shift role. This position is critical in ensuring seamless integration of business processes and systems to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of business processes and systems using SAP FICO.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Analyze and optimize existing business processes to enhance performance.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO functionalities and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to business integration processes.
- Support end-users with training and troubleshooting of SAP FICO systems.
- Monitor and report on integration performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP FICO modules and integration capabilities.
- Proven track record in business process analysis and improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in business integration and SAP FICO.
