About this role
The team is seeking a Principal Azure Network Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in Azure Core Networking and Firewall technologies to design and implement a robust Azure networking infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring that the network is secure, scalable, and highly available, meeting the needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and operationalize Azure networking solutions.
- Implement and manage Azure Core Networking and Firewall technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define networking requirements and solutions.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network engineers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Azure Core Networking and Firewall technologies.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing secure network architectures.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Azure technologies.
