The team is seeking a Principal ATE Test Engineer to lead and contribute to the development of testing objectives and principles. In this role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in test disciplines to achieve company goals in innovative and effective ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ATE test engineering team to ensure the successful execution of test strategies.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Own the project schedule and proactively address issues that may impact program success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop future concepts and products.
- Analyze test results and provide insights to enhance product quality and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with ATE testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in programming languages relevant to test automation.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in ATE test engineering or a similar role.
