About this role
The team is seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Principal Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions Architect to define, build, and govern their enterprise AI technical foundation. This role requires a unique blend of enterprise architecture judgment and practical implementation skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between strategy, design, prototyping, vendor evaluation, and production-readiness review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and architect AI solutions that align with business objectives.
- Lead the design and development of AI models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of AI initiatives.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies and vendors.
- Establish best practices for AI governance and compliance.
- Provide hands-on support in prototyping and testing AI solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in AI practices and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI architecture and solutions design.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and data science principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in AI solutions architecture or related roles.
