The team is seeking a Principal Analytics Consultant specializing in Power BI to join their dynamic team. This remote-first data and AI consultancy partners with industry leaders to tackle complex data challenges faced by large enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics and a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Power BI solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on best practices in analytics and data visualization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Experience with SQL and database management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in analytics, data visualization, or business intelligence.
