About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Presales Solution Architect to join their team. In this role, you will collaborate with sales, presales, and Center of Excellence (COE) teams to provide technical expertise and support throughout the new business acquisition process. You will be instrumental in understanding customer requirements, presenting our solutions, and demonstrating the value of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Present technical solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our offerings.
- Work closely with COE teams to ensure alignment on product capabilities and enhancements.
- Provide technical support during the presales process, including responding to RFPs and conducting product demonstrations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar presales role.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex systems and architectures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining a positive outlook.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, software development methodologies, and enterprise solutions.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a presales or solution architecture role.
