About this role
The team is seeking an Oracle PPM L2 Techno-Functional Support Expert to provide Level 2 techno-functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management processes, including Project Costing, Billing, Resource Management, integrations, reporting solutions, and connected applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management modules.
- Collaborate with the ERP Ecosystem Run Delivery Manager’s team to enhance system performance.
- Analyze and resolve technical and functional issues related to project management processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and solutions.
- Assist in the integration of various applications and reporting solutions.
- Contribute to the global Oracle Competence Center by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management modules.
- Proficiency in project management processes, including Project Costing and Billing.
- Knowledge of Resource Management and related integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in techno-functional support for Oracle ERP systems.
