About this role
The team is seeking a Power Platform O365 Lead to oversee the development and implementation of solutions using O365 tools. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint, ensuring that solutions are effectively tailored to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and draft proposals based on client needs.
- Create prototypes using Figma to visualize solutions.
- Manage databases and oversee change management processes.
- Develop and implement solutions in the Power Platform, ensuring thorough testing and debugging.
- Handle deployment and ensure scalability of solutions.
- Maintain compliance with IT governance, access control, and user stories.
- Communicate professionally with global clients and demonstrate acute grasping skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in O365 tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and proposal drafting.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Power Platform and O365 tools.
