About this role
Our client is seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join their team on a remote basis for a 12+ month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize applications using Power Apps and automate workflows with Power Automate.
- Manage and optimize SQL Server instances, including performance tuning and query optimization.
- Implement data governance and security measures, ensuring compliance with DLP policies.
- Integrate databases with APIs, cloud applications, and third-party systems to enhance functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform and SQL Server environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SQL Server.
- Expertise in TSQL development, performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
- Experience managing SQL Server instances (on-premise and/or Azure SQL).
- Understanding of data governance, security roles, and DLP policies.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft certifications: PL400 or higher.
- Experience with Power BI, dataflows, and enterprise reporting.
- Knowledge of SSIS and SSRS.
Experience: 5-8 years in Power Platform development and SQL Server management.
