About this role
The team is seeking a Senior BI Product Owner who is passionate about transforming data into strategic business decisions. In this role, you will lead the Business Intelligence strategy, own the BI product roadmap, and drive enterprise-wide analytics initiatives that empower leadership with data-driven insights. This position is based in Mohali and requires a full-time, onsite presence with some shifts in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end BI product lifecycle, from conception to delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the BI product roadmap.
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of BI projects.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all BI initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance decision-making processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Business Intelligence.
- Strong understanding of BI tools and technologies, particularly Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in agile methodologies and project management.
Experience:
- 10-14 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and product ownership.
