About this role
The team is seeking a highly experienced Power BI Developer with a strong background in developing, managing, and optimizing interactive dashboards for a data analytics team. The Power BI Developer will be responsible for creating insightful and visually appealing dashboards that provide real-time analytics and performance metrics to support key decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs.
- Create data models and utilize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for advanced calculations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
- Provide training and support to end-users on dashboard functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling and report development.
- Expertise in DAX and Power Query.
- Familiarity with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Power BI development or related field.
