About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Power BI Consultant to join their team in Chennai. This full-time, on-site role is focused on supporting a business-critical reporting environment following a cloud data-platform migration. The successful candidate will engage in hands-on Power BI development, production support, performance optimization, functional analysis, and collaboration with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Power BI reports and dashboards during go-live phases.
- Provide ongoing production support and troubleshooting for Power BI solutions.
- Optimize performance of existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Conduct functional analysis to understand reporting requirements and business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting outputs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Power BI development and reporting.
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and data migration processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Power BI and data reporting.
