About this role
We are seeking a highly experienced Power BI Architect to join the team’s team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Power BI development and architecture, with a strong understanding of data modeling, visualization, and analytics. The candidate should also be able to lead and mentor a team of Power BI developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end Power BI solutions, including data modeling, ETL processes, and visualizations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure best practices in Power BI development and maintain documentation for all solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of Power BI developers, providing guidance on technical challenges and career development.
- Optimize existing Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Power BI development and architecture.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics.
- Experience with DAX and Power Query.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience: 10-20 years
