About this role
The team is seeking a Power Apps Technical Lead specializing in Power Pages and Dataverse. This hands-on lead position involves owning the technical design and build of applications on the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Pages and Dataverse. You will set the technical direction, make critical design decisions, write complex code, and guide a team of developers through the delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and development of applications on the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Focus on Power Pages and Dataverse to create robust solutions.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and oversee code reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and support team members in best practices and technical skills.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Pages and Dataverse.
- Proficiency in coding languages relevant to the platform, such as JavaScript, C#, or similar.
- Experience in leading technical teams and managing project delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical lead role with a focus on application development.
