PM

The team is seeking a skilled Project Manager (PM) with a strong background in backend development and a focus on Java technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects that involve Java, Spring, and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure the team adheres to Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Oversee the development and implementation of REST services and microservices.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Proficient in J2EE, JUnit, and Spring Framework.
• Familiarity with Spring Cloud and Spring Security 2.0.
• Experience with Maven and Jenkins is preferred.
• Solid understanding of web development and responsive design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management and software development.
