About this role
The team is seeking a PLM - Solution Architect Manager to lead the development and implementation of Product Lifecycle Management solutions. This role is essential for driving innovation and ensuring that the team’s manufacturing processes are efficient and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement PLM strategies that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the integration of PLM systems with existing technologies and workflows.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of PLM professionals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in PLM.
- Analyze system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in PLM solutions and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of PLM tools and technologies (e.g., PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience in project management and agile methodologies is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in PLM or related fields, with a focus on solution architecture and management.
