About this role
The team is seeking a skilled PLC Automation Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating service measures for test systems, focusing on software and automation systems. You will play a key role in the application and implementation of functions for controlling test systems in alignment with both the project and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and coordinate service measures for test systems.
- Apply and implement functions for controlling test systems.
- Commission and troubleshoot highly flexible automation systems.
- Analyze malfunctions and define countermeasures in collaboration with the project team.
- Provide troubleshooting support remotely or on-site at customer locations.
- Offer service support for control and automation systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in PLC programming and automation systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in automation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in PLC automation and control systems.
