About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Platform Engineer with a focus on Kubernetes to join their dynamic team in Jodhpur, India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the internal platform that supports various client workloads across EKS and AKS environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth deployment processes and maintaining high availability for the team' applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Terraform module library to streamline infrastructure as code.
- Design and maintain the Argo CD app-of-apps layout for efficient application deployment.
- Develop and enhance the paved path for services transitioning from merge to production.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure best practices in CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues to ensure reliability and performance.
- Implement security best practices within the Kubernetes environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Kubernetes, EKS, and AKS.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure as code principles.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, particularly Argo CD.
- Experience in cloud environments and microservices architecture.
- Proficient in scripting and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in cloud and platform engineering roles.
