The team is seeking a skilled Platform Engineer with expertise in Java frameworks to join their innovative team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the functionality and performance of the team ecommerce platform, which serves millions of users globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the production environment.
- Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews and testing.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Java and familiar with Java frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.
- Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of database management systems, preferably SQL and NoSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in platform engineering or software development.
