About this role
The team is seeking a Platform Engineer with a strong focus on DevSecOps, AWS, and MySQL. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical owner on client platforms, overseeing the full software lifecycle from design to production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
- Ensure security best practices are integrated into the development and deployment processes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in DevSecOps practices and methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in AWS services and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL and database management.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in platform engineering or a similar role.
