About this role
We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining our platform infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for our applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust platform solutions that support application deployment and management.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and integrate platform capabilities accordingly.
- Monitor platform performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation for platform architecture, processes, and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or similar.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in platform engineering or a related field.
