About this role
The team is seeking a hands-on Platform Architect to own the cloud and delivery platform that supports their internal AI Engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be the single owner of the infrastructure, CI/CD, and operational platform that 4–6 concurrent AI productization Strike Teams build on. Your contributions will enhance the efficiency, safety, and autonomy of the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS.
- Manage the CI/CD pipeline to ensure smooth deployment processes.
- Collaborate with AI productization teams to understand their needs and optimize the platform accordingly.
- Monitor and maintain operational health of the platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cloud architecture, particularly with AWS.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in platform architecture or related fields.
