About this role
The team is seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP development and experience with various PHP frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications while ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and related frameworks such as Laravel, Yii, CodeIgniter, and CakePHP.
- Integrate APIs and develop web services using REST architecture.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to implement web technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery.
- Manage relational databases and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Utilize version control systems and manage release processes effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications to enhance functionality and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in PHP and at least one PHP framework (Laravel, Yii, CodeIgniter, or CakePHP).
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery.
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN) and release management practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in PHP development.
