About this role
The team is seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing secure, scalable multi-tier web applications. You will participate in the full software development life cycle, which includes analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality web applications using PHP and open-source technologies.
- Maintain and optimize existing applications for performance and security.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code across multiple programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in PHP and open-source technologies.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Drupal.
- Proficiency in MySQL, jQuery, and other relevant web technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in PHP development and web application design.
