The team is seeking an experienced Performance Testing Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on large-scale distributed systems and cloud platforms within a high-traffic e-commerce environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performance testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning applications to enhance scalability, reliability, and overall system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute performance testing strategies to assess system capabilities.
- Monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and provide solutions to enhance system efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements.
- Create and maintain performance test scripts and documentation.
- Analyze performance test results and provide detailed reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Shell scripting.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in performance testing and engineering.
