About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Performance Testing Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating performance automation frameworks as part of a CI/CD pipeline using tools such as Jenkins and Docker. You will also be tasked with reporting performance metrics to various tools like Slack and Datadog.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create performance testing frameworks to ensure application reliability and scalability.
- Conduct performance testing using JMeter and analyze results to identify bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Report performance metrics and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Work independently in a global delivery environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools, particularly JMeter.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and containerization technologies like Docker.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to communicate findings effectively.
- Experience in a global delivery environment is highly desirable.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance testing and automation.
