About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Performance Tester to ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of applications through robust performance validation. This role requires a deep understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools, particularly Micro Focus LoadRunner, as well as experience with cloud technologies and complex IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Micro Focus LoadRunner suite for comprehensive performance testing.
- Validate application performance across various web technologies.
- Understand and analyze infrastructure, networking, and architecture to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure optimal application performance.
- Create detailed performance test plans and execute test cases.
- Report and track performance issues, providing actionable insights for resolution.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner and other performance testing tools.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and their impact on application performance.
- Experience in complex IT environments with a focus on performance validation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in performance testing or a related field.
