The team is seeking an experienced Performance Test Analyst to ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of applications through robust performance validation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and a deep understanding of cloud technologies and complex IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Micro Focus LoadRunner suite for performance testing.
- Validate application performance across various web technologies.
- Understand and analyze infrastructure, networking, and architecture to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure optimal application performance.
- Create and maintain performance test scripts, test plans, and documentation.
- Execute performance tests and analyze results to provide actionable insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner and other performance testing tools.
- Experience with cloud technologies and environments.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex IT environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in performance testing and analysis.
