The team is seeking a Senior Performance Engineer/Performance Test Lead to oversee performance testing initiatives for a significant Java platform upgrade in a retail/e-commerce setting. This role requires a deep understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead performance testing efforts using JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Conduct performance engineering tasks to enhance system efficiency.
- Utilize Dynatrace for performance monitoring and analysis.
- Perform workload modeling to simulate various user scenarios.
- Execute root cause analysis and troubleshooting to identify performance bottlenecks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expert level proficiency in JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Strong experience with Dynatrace for performance monitoring.
- Solid background in performance testing and engineering, particularly in Java environments.
- Proven ability in performance analysis and workload modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in performance testing and engineering.
