Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions in PeopleSoft.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and functionality.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications.
- Develop functional specifications and assist in the configuration of PeopleSoft modules.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support for system enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in PeopleSoft development and functional analysis.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft modules and functionalities.
- Proficiency in SQL, PeopleCode, and application engine development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams.
