About this role
The team is seeking a PeopleSoft Senior Business Analyst (Integration Specialist) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise integration and process modeling, with a strong understanding of the PeopleSoft ecosystem, particularly in Inventory and Orders. This role requires expertise in the WMS/ASRS domain and knowledge of Customs and FTZ compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for integration projects.
- Analyze and model business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide support and expertise in Supply Chain modules, focusing on manufacturing and order management.
- Work closely with technical teams to facilitate seamless integration within the PeopleSoft environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in PeopleSoft with a focus on integration and supply chain processes.
- Strong knowledge of WMS/ASRS systems and Customs compliance.
- Excellent requirements elicitation and UAT coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- 8-12 years in a relevant business analyst role with a focus on integration and supply chain management.
