About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Peoplesoft HCM Functional Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in core HR functionalities and a strong technical background in PeopleSoft tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Core HR, Time & Labor, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
- Utilize PeopleTools, Integration Broker, and Web Services for system integration.
- Develop reports using BI Publisher and SQR.
- Write and maintain PeopleCode, App Engine, and CI.
- Manage secure file transfers using PGP and SSH protocols.
- Conduct various testing phases including UAT, system, parallel, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with database teams on Oracle (9i–11G) and SQL Server 2012 for performance tuning and scripting.
- Provide configuration and support for secure interfaces and system customization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules and functionalities.
- Proficiency in PeopleTools and related technologies.
- Experience with performance DB scripting and database management.
- Familiarity with encryption and decryption flows.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in PeopleSoft HCM consulting and implementation.
