About this role
The team is seeking a Peoplesoft Functional Lead specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) to join their team. This role involves leading the implementation and optimization of PeopleSoft HCM solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery workshops to gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Map business processes to standard PeopleSoft functionality.
- Oversee and execute application setups, configurations, and core module tables mapping.
- Create functional design documents (FDDs) and configuration documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and design sessions.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SQL and PeopleSoft reporting tools is a plus.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in PeopleSoft HCM functional roles.
