About this role
The team is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Business Analyst with a strong background in Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting PeopleSoft 9.2, specifically in Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Operations, and Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements effectively.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Analyze and understand APIs, web services, and middleware platforms relevant to SCM.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data interfaces.
- Provide support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation of solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM.
- Strong understanding of Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Operations, and Manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
