The team is seeking a skilled Pega Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and business functions, with a focus on Pega technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Pega applications, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform technical troubleshooting and problem-solving to address application issues.
- Maintain and enhance existing Pega applications, ensuring optimal performance.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4 or more years of relevant work experience in IT or business functions.
- Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Pega Decisioning or BPM.
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification is required.
- Certification as a Pega Business Architect is preferred.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in a related field.
